ABOUT LIZ

Liz grew up in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. Never feeling her strengths were capitalized on as a child, she was unsure she had what it took to be a valuable and contributing member of the community.

Today Liz Hodson is a solid member of the Santa Clarita community. A single mother and life coach, Liz has a lot to say about being a mom, running a business, and working with children and adults. As a successful life coach specializing in 'one-stop shopping for family issue resolution', Liz has helped individuals find a more rewarding path, helped couples find one another again, and worked with parents and their children, helping kids express issues they may otherwise not yet be prepared to work through.

For the past few years Liz has been hosting a Mom's Mixer, ensuring moms have a safe and inviting place to go and decompress. The mixer offers just that, a space where moms can come to relax and chat with other moms about anything and everything. "We play games, socialize, and meet and enjoy other amazing moms in the area," says Liz. Liz graduated from the University of Santa Monica's Spiritual Psychology program and that, coupled with her own life experiences makes her more than qualified for the work she does. With more than 15 years of experience working with abused, neglected, gang-involved kids, and coaching kids through play, Liz has an enormous amount of creative ideas and information to offer parents who may have questions or concerns about their children.
