Liz is not just a life coach but a reality coach. My first meeting with Liz was very hard, but she dives right into the middle of your heart. She is real, and tough, but also very loving and caring. We were referred to Liz Hodson by some friends of ours here in Valencia. Having recently adopted a child from Russia, we were in need of some extra counseling. Liz provided us the tools to use in parenting our biological daughter and helping her to adjust to having a little sister. In addition, Liz gave us many tips on how to help our new daughter assimilate into her new home and surrounding environment. The advice given by Liz has been invaluable. We have used many of her "nuggets" of wisdom in parenting our children and have seen great strides in their growth, both indivdually and as sisters.

I love Liz. I have 4 children that I am raising alone, one a teenage daughter. That relationship has been very challenged. I met Liz thru business and thought about calling her several times before I ever did. My thoughts - I don't need anyone's help, your life is crazy, call Liz. I finally broke down and called her and have been thankful ever since. She cuts thru all the crap and helps me to focus more clearly. When it comes to life coaching, in the past I was skeptical because I didn't understand it. I have done similar work before with other people or programs that only reached me on a mental level and I knew there was more out there. Liz and Trent both helped me reach my heart at the couples weekend that has changed my life. I am forever grateful for this weekend and being part of this experience has shifted my overall point of view.

Liz and Trent put together a tremendous and life changing weekend. I became aware of things that, now, I know were there all along but existed beneath layers of 'stuff'; it has all been so new, yet familiar. My ability to keep things in perspective has significantly changed my view of the world, myself, and my family. As well, I'm not so overburdened wondering if I've done something 'wrong' and see everything now as an opportunity.
To be able to let another have his experience with the world, and to not interfere with that; to understand that what I can do to make this place better is to be accountable for myself and my word. To be authentic, and recognize when I leave my heart and go into my head, all have created an amazing opportunity to create a level of intimacy with my self and my loved ones I never realized was there - and it was there all along.
